And then I have to pay with higher costs when people with no insurance show up at the emergency room and have to be treated. Why should I have to pay this back door tax for people who don't have preventative care? If Mr. Limbaugh would care to come to my town, I would be more than happy to take him to the grave of my son's finance.

@mclev Yeah, your forced to buy health because if you don't you get taxed.

but what about someone who cannot afford health insurance and will get a charge at tax time if they don't have it

rush limbaugh should die quickly

Right, because we all know that nobody dies from lack of healthcare. ... Which is what this bill provides with provisions that raise the cost of care when the US doesn't have any money to pay for it.
I guess you could just be sent to Congress after stealing from someone instead of being sent to jail.

This is lame...Libs can't compete when the debates focus on FACTS and Logic, not emotion...

No, they are created here too. There are tons of American corporations with headquarters and other centers right here in the United States. Lots and lots of Americans work for them.

You're talking about a lack of competition. That has nothing to do with what I was talking about.
As for the last comment: I believe that if someone pays more for their service, they should get more.

I agree in this dire time we all need to come together and save our country and it seems like they are trying to drive us further apart with left right politics. I have faith not in government but in the American people like you and me!
A government takeover of health care is not what President Obama has proposed. His proposal is simply having a public OPTION (note that word) for people who do not have health care or who are unhappy with their current plan.

So, when a Hollywood actor demand 20 million dollars for six weeks worth of work, he's not screwing anyone out of their money. But when those crazy Wal-mart owners came up with a company that allowed everyone to buy stuff for cheaper, has created over 1.5 million jobs, and brings in more business to surrounding businesses, they're "fucking hard working people out of their money." Explain how that is so.
