Kelsey, we use Holy Cow cleaners. The pink one works WONDERS on our stove when it comes to the burnt on/ greasy stuff that gets around the burners!
They say they're non-toxic and bio-degradable too. Google Holy Cow Cleaners to find the site. :)

You don't know how lucky you are having such a multi-skilled husband - he sews, he cooks....amazing!
Given its called Alice Springs Chicken, I'm assuming this is supposed to be Australian cuisine. Erm....I lived in Alice Springs for a few years in my early 20s and never ate anything as gourmet as this! Looks great, will have to try it!

OMG! I've been waiting for this! Please tell Colby I said thanks! I can't wait to try this. I feel like I've been the chicken stalker for the past year. Lol..

Very yummy looking!!! A few random notes: I LOVE your apron hanging in the background! That's the biggest bag of shredded cheese I think I've ever seen. And what is in the Tropicana jug on the stove?

@bellsandbabies Haha, we shop at a bulk grocer sometimes and cheese is one good thing to get there because it's so much cheaper! The jug is full of used oil from some shrimp we fried recently.

@WithGodsGrace I love that thing! It's by Rachel Ray. I *think* you can buy her kitchen line at Kohl's.
