Ketsui: Death Label - Doom Mode - current best

My current best score in Doom Mode, totaling 221,535,920, and ending shortly into round 4. Special thanks to NeoMikey for letting me borrow his camcorder for this.

I've beaten doom mode 4 times so far, not really that hard once you get into it

and yes, I've tried Ketsui on MAME...but it wasn't quite as fun as this "demo label"

actually, this is my favorite shmup atm, total play time is like 50 hours

@Treasurance Yeah, I've gotten about 50-60 hours in Demo Label too. But... I'd say Ketsui (real label) has become my favorite Cave shmup by far. (ESPGaluda II Black Label comes in at a close 2nd) Ketsui is fun once you get the scoring down. Point-blank with your regular shot, then laser for the next few seconds for dem x5 chips. Rinse and repeat. I still play Demo Label occasionally, and it's great practice for the bosses while on-the-go. Congrats on obliterating me in Doom Mode.

@Treasurance Are you fucking serious? Tanking my score and asking that? Dunno what you did, man, but I tried milking the SHIT out of Doom and still can't get past round 4. Did you beat Doom mode? I've only gotten one higher score since this was recorded but it wasn't by much. Congrats, man.

For the record, though, the full game is sooooo much better. I have Ketsui Extra on my 360. For the record, both Ketsui and Dodonpachi Dai-Ou-Jou (white AND black labels) became playable on MAME recently.

Ahh. It always is nice to see such an underrated and unknown gem on the NDS being played. I love this game too, even though I'm not as good as you.
