It would a be a great movie but what kinda movie would it be without knowing the real killer for the audience which are the three boy's who were there killed by whom ?
All they had to do was match the footprints in the area to which kinda person who did it.
@DrHogfan No, you're right.. It wasn't 12 hours straight.. It was 26 hours, he never left the room and the police took shifts. Procedure is to have the interrogation video documented to disprove any harrassment claims. Oddly, there is no audio or video of those 26 hours. NOTHING points to the guilt of those three.. You're drinking the coolade.
@DrHogfan No, im NOT Gitchell, i have lost almost all respect for that man, but unlike what you seem to be so sure of, there were more than just Gitchell and Ridge there, we had another room beside that one where there were a table and 8 chairs. most of the others would sit and listen to the entire thing as it was going on, and at the same time, making comments, laughing and laying insults to JM's mental capacity and how "easy" it was for them to influence JM into saying anything they want
how would a female cop be so friggin STUPID to not even get out of her car, she knows there were brutal murders not far from where the restaurant is and that there was a man with blood on him who came into the restaurant, and she goes through the drive through window, says a few words to the attendant, then she doesnt even write a friggin report? THEN 24 hours later two other cops, equally as fucked in the head, show up and take blood samples in the bathroom! THEN THEY LOSE THE EVIDENCE! FUBAR!!
REASONABLE DOUBT..."So Detective, you lost a piece of evidence? ok, if those many blood samples had been tested and showed to contain the victims blood, that would make that man your number 1 suspect, would it not?" YES! "and it would also be a KEY piece of evidence that could exonnerate these defendants, isnt that right?!" YES! so he lost a KEY piece of evidence that has a STRONG possibility of freeing these defendants! THERE IS YOUR REASONABLE DOUBT!!! WHY DIDNT THEY ASK THE DETECTIVE THAT?!
@DrHogfan listen to the confession, he is constantly getting all his details wrong and being coached my Gitchell and the others. i respect your opinion, and as for you talking to people who are very familiar with the case and one who worked on the case, thats good for you, youre talking to one of them now as well. thats why i was able to hear EXACTLY what was said. there were only a few of us that actually heard everything that was said that night, and im pretty sure your source was not there
@TheIceman515069 and you're telling me that this so-called borderline retard remembered "all of that information" (1ooo's of details) and gave it back to the police on tape just the way they wanted it. That's ok. Thats your opinion. My mind was made up after talking to 2 people that are VERY familiar w/ the case(one of which worked on the case) and after listening to the confession tapes here on youtube.
@DrHogfan ok, thats fine. this isnt an insult bro so please dont take it as one, but nothing i say seems to matter to you anyways. the bottom line is alot can be said in 12 hours, and during that time, JM was given alot of information, including the details you are referring to along with thousands of other details. i dont know why it seems so hard to understand that this is where he got his info from, but again, when minds are made up, theres virtually nothing that can be said to change them

@TheIceman515069 so you're either Ridge or Gitchell ? That's the only 2 that were said to have been present besides JM.
