It has been a number of weeks since I started running this road. The 'snag' swim has produced the results I was looking for and I am now into my stride.
However a 'fork in the road' is just ahead and I have a choice. Continue on this course or take my chances and veer off...

  • When you fish carp do you have the lead slide up the line when a fish bites or is it tied. just wondering. XD great vid´s mate.

  • i like to have the lead move easily away from the carp so yes sliding.

also for chod rigs i make sure i place a stop and bead about 12 inches up from the lead so the carp cannot easily use the lead as a lever against the hook hold.

  • That was no ordinary pasty!

That was a 'Sainsburys Real Cornish' pasty with HP Fruity brown sauce poured all over the inside

    mmmmmmmmm yummy m8!
