http://www.sciencebob.com - This little demonstration shows what happens as dry ice sublimates (turns to a gas) and then tries to escape around a quarter. The gas causes the quarter to vibrate very fast and create a rather humorous screaming sound. Caution: Only handle dry ice with gloves...it's -109 degrees F!

  • @KamaDx The effect is short lived, as soon as the coin gets cold the reaction slows down and stops.
