One thing is extremes arent that effective here because the bonuses get reduced to super set as soon as you step in the wilde

you dont have to complete the quest to train on the armored zombies but you still gain 2k experience from one of the quests that are required to begin this 1

@sm0key100 you cant do it on pures with 1 def cuz the quest for defender of varrock give defence xp monkey gaurd are possiable at 1 def but u wil need atleast 43 pray for protect from melee
