The MakiBox A6 is a perfect combination of size, speed, and cost. It is a 3D printer that is based on the open RepRap project, but puts it together into a refined and compact mechanism that is easily fully enclosed.

At the moment I haven't looked into waxes, but in concept it could with some of the kind used for sculpting. We may look at a specific output head and driver for it to handle wax.

i noticed you dont have a 3d scanner to go with this printer, why not start with a way to scan an object that one wants to re-create and then make a means to print it? do you have plans or making a scanning device after this?

Not scheduled at the moment, but it is something that I would like to look at.

Do you have any video remonstrating the actual printing of an object and showing the detailed object?

Not likely. We are using a feed tube, pushing the material into the extruder. This would tend to easily jam up with soft materials like you are describing. To extrude soft materials, you want a direct feed from a drive into the printing hot end.

We are finishing things up this month, shipping out the first beta units in the next two weeks. We will move on to full production around the end of November, shipping the first 1000 before the holidays. Currently we have close to 700 orders on hand, so there is still room to get in on the first batch.
