In September 2009 Seeducation won the UnLtd Millenium Award. On the day of the award ceremony one of the UnLtd trainers was behind schedule. Our MD, Noam Kostucki proposed to help out by providing a training session on how to fundraise effectively.

About Noam Kostucki, MD at Seeducation:

What do I do now that might interest you?

I am one of the co-founders and the managing director of Seeducation (www.seeducation.org) - a social eco-system to bring together people who want to make the world a better place. We work towards this objective by facilitating cooperation between those passionate by education. If you want to make the world a better place and you believe education is an important factor in this process: join Seeducation, we look forward to receiving your brilliant ideas and help!

I am also a training consultant at the Directory of Social Change (ww.dsc.org.uk) where I - surprisingly? - train and consult on fundraising, soft skills and strategy. I deliver a majority of my training on behalf of the Institute of Fundraising (www.institute-of-fundraising.org.uk). My clients range from small local charities to the top 10 UK charities.

I have recently created the only 2 training on the use of social media for fundraising for the Institute of Fundraising that can be found on the Directory of Social Change website.

How did I get to this stage?

I became passionate about coaching as I started to deliver Judo courses at the age of 15.

It is at the same time that I started my leadership journey: I was asked to lead a team to organise a "World Awareness Week" and coordinate efforts of different society ranging from "Eco-Club" to "Gender Issues".

I am thrilled to have continued this journey with AIESEC, the worlds largest student organization, with which I discovered my passion for people and organisational development.

Since this discovery, I have trained over 4,000 people in 13 countries, and - pride for a drop out! - even at Yale University and the London School of Economics.

I founded PerforMinds, a corporate training and executive coaching company in Poland that ran for 2 years with clients such as HP, polish banks and real estate companies.
