Former KU Jayhawks defensive end Paul Como has been working with Coach Potts of TopSpeed Strength & Conditioning to get ready for the University of Kansas NFL Pro Day. While only part-way through with his training, he has improved his scores across the board in each of the tests he will perform for the NFL scouts in attendance as he seeks to move to the next level at his more natural position of linebacker. In this video we see Paul testing his time in the 40 yard dash (improved -.11 from before) while also putting down a time of 4.16 (a -.18 improvement) in each direction of the pro-agility/short shuttle drill to go along with a stunning 7.06 in the 3-cone (L) drill.
1st: 40 yard dash
2nd: Pro shuttle
3rd: L drill
