There is also a meta withoutt U/L but is much more than just a release. It depends on technique. It is also more affordable than you think. You can use FSA/HSA from your employer, get prior authorization from your insurance or write it off on taxes. This also applies to top surg.

@poetgrl66 It's a possibility that he might, I've wondered the same thing with Nye. So far though he hasn't changed his mind.

@TMatesFTM Thanks for all the info Sara. I'm wondering if Adrian will change his mind about bottom surgery once he has top surgery also.

@Greengiraffe10 I agree Mel. Maybe this surgery will improve with time. Here's to hoping. :-)

@hikinghomohippie ok, you go from talking about weiners to eating pickles? you seriously crack me up.

It's sad that the surgery hasn't been developed further (and costs so much), I hope in the furture that there are major improvements, but I suppose working with what is already available makes it limiting. :(

haha, you said 'free standing erection.' i'm not a fan of having a baby wiener or a frankenstine wiener, so idk about bottom surgery. i think the clit release is a nice meet-in-the-middle procedure though. okay, gonna eat me some pickles now.
Metoidioplasties can also include testicular implants and to re-routing of the urethra to pee standing up, but yes, you can just get the release of the skin. =) I noticed that Jake is definitely moving on to researching bottom surgery more so now that he's had top surgery. He doesn't have much dysphoria downstairs, but is looking into feeling a bit complete. I think he's also asking his endo about the DHT cream to use to increasing his lower length.
