I did an africa project and learned everything about this. It is sad, but congress signed a bill to make joesph koney (LRA leader) to disarm him. President Obama has 10 days to sign it into action

I live in South Africa, we have no child soldiers in south africa, but there are places like rowanda and kampala that still has a problem with child soldiers. The overall number of child soldier have gone down due to video that are shown around the world and people donating money to those who go in and rescue thye children.
