With a $250,000 ad buy, the Susan B. Anthony list is initially targeting six pro-life Democrats who play a key role as the vote scheduled for Sunday: Reps. Jason Altmire (PA-4), Chris Carney (PA-10), Brad Ellsworth (IN-8), Baron Hill (IN-9), Alan Mollohan (WV-1), and Paul Kanjorski (PA-11)

  • The Bible has a lot to say about abortion, folks. Search "What does the Bible say about abortion?" on Google or Yahoo Search

  • This video is a WONDERFUL EXAMPLE OF DOUBLE-THINK.

    "Want to support my President"

"I cannot force the Amerikan people to pay for the death of unborn children"

    1. Other than through FORCE, can any govt FORCE ppl 2 pay for anything?

    2. The Executive Brch doesn't make laws, but the LEGISLATURE

    3. Forcing ppl 2 pay for Anti-Constitutional Wars (killing men, women, children) but not the local unborn is NOT MORAL.

    4. The Pres needs 2 b born in a state of the union

  • WOW, and I thought I've seen everything.

I just have one question? If we outlaw abortion, what do we do with 15,000,000 ADDITIONAL unwanted children in the US? And, WHO PAYS FOR IT?

    We're talking about $4,042,800,000,000.00

($269,520.00 per child for age 0-17, 2004 U.S. Department of Agriculture)

Any attempt of the government to feed, cloth, house, and properly educate these additional children would be labeled a form of SOCIALISM.

Can't have it both ways! Ethics and Morality aside...

  • @honestlycorrect No matter how many times you chant this mantra, it won't make it come true. And btw, Planned Parenthood has been receiving millions and millions of dollars for many years from our government (1/3 of PP's budget) and from corporations and individuals (another 1/3 of their budget). They are the largest providers of abortion in the U.S. Guess who stands to benefit enormously from the bill? Planned (Elimination Of) Parenthood.

    Get informed.

  • @TrustKovacss I think I missed the word "becomes" in your earlier comment. So you meant that pro-lifers don't care about babies after they grow up and become atheists or liberals. I thought you wrote babies "of" liberals or atheists, which I thought was an odd statement.

Now that I read it correctly, I still think it's an odd statement. If that makes me mental, so be it.

  • @DiscipleOfChrist96 wow, you're mental.

  • @CupahNoodles I think you're missing part of the point. You may not care about abortions. But I do. And I shouldn't have to pay for anyone's abortion regardless of whether I care about abortions or not. Aside from the fact that the abortion is murder, I certainly don't want to condone or pay for it. Why should I? Why should my insurance pay for it? Also, if taxpayer funding of abortion isn't explicitly prohibited, then it is allowed. It must be explicit.

  • @DiscipleOfChrist96, My lack of knowledge as you pointed out said the bill didn't mention the funding of abortion what so ever. And it stays true. I'm pro-choice/abortion and even though it doesn't fund abortions, I'm still satisfied about the bill (and I also don't care about abortions). It's going to give millions health coverage which I'm happy about. Jesus would be happy about it too.

Tell me, does your health insurance covers abortions?

  • @TrustKovacss What a ridiculous statement. Who cares about the mistakes made by the baby's parent(s)? I'll tell you who: the person who wants to kill a baby because some pervert raped someone. The pervert needs to be caught and punished. The woman needs help. The baby needs to be allowed to live because the baby is INNOCENT. The rapist is guilty. Whether or not the baby's parents believe in God or not has nothing to do with it.
