This is whats missing. You can separate the rotor using a press, remove the copper coil that's inside @3:33 and buy a 3x1x1/2 ring magnet north pole facing towards front of pma, put it all together. You will also need to buy or rewind your stator (the big coil). As far as the back of the pma, you remove everything except the heatsink where the 3 wires connects to. Put everything back together. You now have a wind generator that makes power at 300 rpm... was that so hard?
