CARRABELLE — Independent gubernatorial candidate Lawton "Bud" Chiles III is a defendant in seven lawsuits stemming from a construction business currently in bankruptcy and a foreclosed condo development.

Most of the suits are either foreclosure cases or claims that Chiles and his partners did not pay leases for construction equipment

Guys, this is an eye-opening video. I think bringing more of the funding to the lcoal level really makes sense, and if these efforts are working anyway, and people can be held accountable, then it makes even more financial sense to do this right this minute. Nice!
