  • Does anyone break out in hives on a scar, cold hands, and feel weak after an episode?

  • Only reason I can think of why I get this is because of myself doing alot of chest weights. what do you reckon?

  • @Anglynn74 I'm glad I'm not the only person who cracks his chest. It does make it feel better temporarly. I hate it too when I can't crack mine, I dont know if it's psychological but when I crack it, it does make it feel like I can breathe better. I usually only can't crack it when I'm doing long sternuous cardio type exercise, but exercise is the best thing you can do for yourself.

  • I can crack my sternum or breastbone whatever is in that area of the chest, usually it hurts first & feels like it needs to crack. Happens every now & then. I have it tonight but can't seem to crack my chest, sucks & hurts.

  • I have this. Ive gotten alot better. thank god its pretty much gone!
