Thank you, dear one. Just a footnote. Whatever you feel is best. It's an anticonvulsant, muscle relaxant, etc. (eventually addictive and can increase appetites at night). Indeed, it tends to prolong sleep. Though we need these "vacations" we sadly have to work on long term alternatives as they weaken and can cause us harm internally. The BIG one is LDN, a near cure for the incurable. No toxic or side effects of any note, at about a dollar a day. Haven't had an MS attack in 5 years.

I have ms too,and horrible fatigue!! I have tried provigil but inc wont cover it! Im on Amantadine now,but it is not working good at all!! You look great!! Just had to add that in!

@alyms79 - Thank you! Provigil seems to work really well for me. Amantadine did not work for me, caused me to get depressed :( I've been on Provigil and a cocktail since 2002 and it has helped me. Haven't progressed much since this video (thank God). I know my fatigue pretty well and thank God am able to control my activity because of disability. I wouldn't be able to work a 9-5 like I used to. That has been my salvation. Best wishes to you and hope you find what works!
