Are these metamorphosis -songs from the movies that include Philip Glass's music or are they made for another occasions (like liveconcerts etc..) or what are these songs origins so to speak? These songs are so, so good.

I've been a fan of Metamorphosis One for quite a while but I'd not heard of this until very recently. It's incredibly beautiful.

if you start falling asleep in the first ten seconds, then you'll not hear all the buildup prior to 2:30, and you'll suddenly be startled awake :)
