  • He's a BOSSSSSSS!!!!

  • Thank you! Just bought a giant pork loin and was wondering what the hell to do with it, haha. Much appreciated!

  • However, after seeing beef tenderloin cleaning, I decided to clean much more of the fat and silver-skin type material off of my pork loin before cutting it into pieces. I cut 5 rib-eye steaks, an 11-inch center-cut roast, 2 butterflied porkchops (2.5" thick total, each), and (8) "quick-fry" breakfast slices. (in that order, from rib end to sirloin end).

  • Pooch in the background! Whats its name?

  • Thank you, sir. This is exactly what I needed to know. I bought one for the great deal but had no idea what to do with it.

  • Thank u Dr BBQ. I have a boneless PL in the fridge, but was intimidated by it. This shows a variety of uses for it. Thanks!

  • Very nice!
