The great French soprano Emma Calvé (1858-1942), perhaps the most sensational singing-actress (and also the most famous Carmen) of her day, in "Viens avec nous, petit" from French composer Benjamin Godard's opéra-comique La Vivandière, recorded in 1920 for Pathé, when the legendary diva was 62 years old.
