Black people make up a lot of the so-called "mid-lower classes" in this country. A lot of the crimes they are prone to are the same crimes that bottom class people around the world are prone to.

Realistically, white people commit more rape, pre-meditated murder, and are 4 times more likely to possess drugs. White people just get better PR, so they are less likely to be looked at as suspicious. The usual criminal, but not the usual suspect.

Most people are white in this country. What's your racist, bigoted point? Pretty much all Americans, regardless of color have issues with addiction, crime, and family problems. It turns out that human problems are human - not colored.

If I'm in my living room and a black guy came onto my property and is looking at me through my living room window I'm getting my gun. First, he doesn't belong there and is pretty dumb for placing himself somewhere he doesn't belong, second it's only being prudent since statistics prove that black males are much more prone to violent crimes such as home invasions and rapes.

Last but not least. The end of your segment, hit the nail on the head, nailed it big time. LIABILITY. That said, why is anyone questioning why the man that shoot the young boy, hasn't been arrested, yet! Yep, surely once they let him go and allowed him to keep his gun, no one could have possible felt this was normal or in anyway as the law should be conducted. That young man deserved better we deserve better. The shooter had zero justification, once he was ordered to stay in his truck, period!

Just like ALEC, and in connection to one of your callers @ 1:40 laws. Laws are being pushed through all over and this is nothing new, I've wondered for over 40 years why no one talks about this. And why we the people haven't stood up and said, no more, this must stop here and now. These guys are pushing laws through to get a leg up and or a shoe in for project bids, government contracts, congressional advantages and so on all in the name of making money and gaining power. It's time this stops!

Thom, got one for ya to cover. It connects to all things considered, daily news worthy. Laws, being entered and passed daily ? Why, do we not already have several laws that cover every conceivable aspect of human life? I think we do. That said, these same old tied issues, the right sees to bring up over and over again. That's the rub - they don't care about those issues, they use them to place other lines of text into hidden pages to push them through without anyone noticing till it's to late.
