Looks nice, but you tore down a whole parking lot. Parking is already scarce at NIU. That was a bad idea.

There is a sand volley ball court just on the other side of the building at Lincoln. We couldn't make that a tennis court, out door pool, 15 min parking, etc.....

Is the shorter building in the middle the dinning hall? It looks like there is no enclosed walkway to get there from these new dorms. That should be pleasant when it's below freezing from November through February.

This will make every other dorm look obsolete... I hope they actually keep up with all the landscaping like that too.
