Denon Dn-HC4500 and Traktor Pro 1.2 HID support

Just a short footage of Traktor Pro 1.2 with native DN-HC4500 controller support. As you can see HID is now displaying all song information. Running on iMac with Snow Leopard OS.

did you make a tsi file yourself? I want to map leds. I don't know how to do it. I don't like the endless scrolling on the displays. I asked NI today on the forum to change it if possible

No, I don't use a customized tsi file. Traktor Pro 1.2 support by default DN-HC4500 controllers. Go to Traktor's Setup Panel --> Controller Manager --> Device --> DNHC4500 and you're finished.

What is the Denon Asio driver version 1.1 or 2.0 ?

Do you use the 4500.tsi or the 4500LE.tsi ?

I tried several combination with the demo and no luck, Traktor can't see the Denon soundcard.

Hi,

I use the latest firmware of DN-HC4500, 1006. I use a Mac OSX Snow Leopard platform so I don't need ASIO drivers (ASIO driver is needed only when you use Windows). I use the default options from Traktor Setup Panel (Controller Manager --> Device --> DNHC4500).

Can anyone let me know how the sound quality is on Traktor in conjunction with an HC-4500 & Mac OSX? I currently run Virtual DJ and find the sound quality to be...well, not at par.
