You did so well in your labour, well done!! I hope I can be as strong as you.

At the moment lacy is in a breech postion which could quash my hopes of a natural birth entirely but they say she could still turn so keep your fingers crossed for me !!

I see the midwife on thursday this week so see what she is doing then- will keep you posted ;0)

Thank you! I really was very fortunate. i love the name Lacy so cute! Sorry to hear she's breech, hopefully she will turn on her own, I know dr's have ways to manually turn them, I'll keep my fingers crossed she does it on her own though. Please keep me posted.

Leyla is 4 weeks and 2 days today :( its going by so fast, she is such a good baby and we are really blessed. Whats your due date?

Hello there, congratulations on your pregnancy! I was very fortunate in my labor that the active part of it was only 5 hours and moved very fast. The back pain for me was so so so painful but only because I have a hearneated disk. And now when I think back on it, it wasnt that bad, I was able to take a bath with Leyla just after her birth and walk around, which if I had taken any kind of pain medication the nurses wouldn't have let me. You certainly were fortunate!! I see the midwife again today to check see if ahe has moved , so will let you know if not will need a scan to confirm it then take it from there ;0)

Leyla is a very cute name too, never thought of that one lol ;0)

I love the way you are deciding on a name. My husband and I could of never agreed on that many though! I start lamaze class soon and am also signed up for a breastfeeding class. Good to hear they're informative because I was hoping it worth the effort of my husband arranging his schedule. You are due like today I think... good luck whenever she decides to come out : )
