Sorry for the late reply...

1. MPG with Stage 1 93 Octane is about 15 City and 20 Hwy, there is an Eco Map for better MPG

2. There are 2011 Maps for download on Cobbs site

3. From what the notes are on the Stage 1 93 Octane Map there is a 15+% increase in HP. I notice a HUGE difference in overall performance.

4. The unit plugs directly into the OBD-II port.
