  • @hotboysumer They're called punjene paprike (pronounced poon-yen-e pap-ri-ke). And you would eat them as you would a regular artichoke, but in addition to the artichoke meat, you also have the filling (bread crumbs, peas, cheese, ham, egg...etc). And yes, one per person. Cheers!
