Great vid, as usual. You know what's weird is that my doc said that I have about 3cc in my band now (pre-1st fill). Apparently he put some in at surgery. I'm having a hard time believing that, but I'll know for sure tomorrow when I when he pulls out what's in there before filling it. I"m going to beg and plead for 4.5 cc... at least! Anywho.. you look great... cute dress. Have fun in ATL and run as fast as you can away from the Sweet Tea :)
You're looking so awesome!!!! Good luck n your 2nd fill.

Wendy, I don't know how you don't gain a ton of weight when you travel. When I get out of my routine I always gain.
Your're looking great, good luck with your fill.

hey wendy you look great, just wondering is ti real a big deal if you drink while you eat? i have been trying so hard not to do that but i tend to forget. i have not gained any weight in doing so....

thanks. YES, it is a big deal if you drink while eating. the drinking just flushes the food down out of your new stoma and allows you to eat more, thus you are beating the concept of the band as a tool to keep you full and help you loose weight. I always try to hold of drinking during eating and for at least 30 minutes after. It's harder to not drink before i eat, so i am still working on that portion. keep on trucking and thanks for watching.
