  • I'm not a big fan of Moses, he certainly wasn't a saint, but his record wasn't totally negative (Jones Beach, World's Fairs on the plus side). Was he good or bad for New York City? I'd lean toward the negative side, but you could make an argument either way. One thing is for sure, the city would be a different place without Moses.
