how do you zoom in with it because i can barely see the screen?

If you hold down your control ("Ctrl") key and scroll your mouse button your screen will enlarge, (closest I can get you to zoomed) and then you can begin recording at a higher visibility level.

I'm afraid I can't tell you anything about your specific computer. The developer might be able to help you find your microphone (if your computer is equipped with one, that is). Join the Capture Fox google groups message board for more specific help.

how do you record a video with sound in it with capture fox

1:40 shows the pop up box wherein you can decided whether you'd like to record your voice as you record. (If you do not have a microphone attached to your computer, the maker of Capture Fox has detailed instructions on his google group board for using a microphone that's built into your computer.)
