Good evening, loved your video... I am three weeks today post-op. I am going to mentally note "stop when you had enough". I find myself thinking I have to finish the little bit of food i serve myself, find myself stoping for a bit and continuing. Thinking that I am not eating enough. Thanks for all advice.

Great video Tamika! Was so needing to hear this. 2 months and 2 days until my lapband surgery! I'm so ready for this, as much as a person can be I guess? Seeing just how hard it is at my age to lose these pre-op pounds, makes me even more confident in my choice to get this amazing tool to help with my WL journey. Setting small goals one at a time is really helping me. <3 Angela

Congrats on the weight loss and I love that you are going with what your body wants and listening to the doctor's rules for eating/water/exercise/protein. I love that you named your band, I will definitely have to do so when I am banded on Jul.25. Thanks for all your videos you have been a great inspiration and helped me decide to get banded myself. On day 3 of pre-op diet here & kickin!
