This is first part in a tutorial about cooking ris a la man, which is a cold desert made with rice, milk, cream, egg, almonds, and vanilla. In this clip I show how to make the rice soup for the ris a la man.

I guess it depends what u will use it for. In denmark we use is a base substance for makign ris a la man, which I made another movie about. In ris a la man u put in suger, but thats after the mildrice is made and cold. Other usage is to eat it warm with strayed suger mixed with cinnamon on top.

cant you add sugar to this to make it sweet and if you can how much

milk rice is delicious with beef curry! to make it as a side dish instead of a dessert, don't add the vanilla or almonds and instead add sea salt. but its truly delicious either way. 5 stars
