Revo - checking of throttle pedal Heim joint assembly and s

We have had one customer report of a frayed cable at the throttle pedal in the Revo at about 100 hours. Looking at his pictures, it seemed that the Heim joint assembly was in fact stuck at an angle which started to fray the foot throttle cable.
