Oklahoma EMT State Trooper Conflict As Seen From The Dash Cam Of The Squad Car

This is the incident where the State Trooper pulled over EMT's in an ambulance and assaulted and threatened to arrest them while a woman was in the ambulance being transported to the hospital for a heart condition. I think it pretty much speaks for itself.

I am a retired Kansas Officer. The troopers always had the mentality that they were the 'elite" even though they were glorified meter maids at best. They did not make the real calls we did on Wichita PD. This trooper was WRONG. He chased the ambulance down, leaving the officer in trouble. I am all for law and order but he screwed up. Typical trooper. They think they are God at 40 K per year.

I've been on the Firefighter/First responder side of EMERGENCYs and here in SC if a state trooper comes to a scene it it a GUARENTEE that the first IDIOT has arrived. I dont know what they teach state troopers in their schools but the best thing for this whole country would be if ALL state patrols were disbanded. I've seen and delt with many, many many troopers and they only drive like idiots and cause problems.

@ncrebel100 All due respect, I have been a deputy but am a trooper now, not trying to sound cocky, but Troopers are the best. When crap hits the fan, we are called in to de-escalate the situation or handle it however the situation calls. I wouldnt say glorified meter maids, after all our training is twice as long so we must have a little more knowledge right?
