  • Thanks for the comments, I don't use steroids, been lifting hard and working naturally. Did several natural tested shows during this time. ALso, there are several guys out there faking my vids, so if you want to reach me, I have my email posted here. I do have face book too. I don't have accounts where i chat besides at facebook, yahoo and my home page.

  • there is only one real natural circuit and that is the inbf and there pros are not even that big my boy juices and he just did some show that they said is all natural and it was a joke the guy who one was like 190 riped at 5 8 and when they lie detect him and asked him if he juiced they asked if he juiced like in the past few months wtf is that. at a inbf shows the guys who are natural win are like 5 9 175 if you are not inbf then you are up to something and you know it .

  • id say the only thing you needa work on is back thickness and developing your lower lats a bit more. Im assuming that sometimes your biceps overpower your back movements cuz they look to be pretty strong. If thats the case you should avoid reverse grip since it incorporates more bicep activity.
