You need to educate yourself about how to properly care for a betta.

You can't keep male and female bettas together! Ever! Also, your female is a cambodian, not an albino. She's also pretty stressed out, as you can see by her faded fin color. You need to get her a separate tank.
If you want to breed bettas, you're doing EVERYTHING wrong. Do some research first.

Cambodian that looks a bit sick so the red in her fins in not as dark as it should be. Albinos have pure red eyes.

He/She probably knows she shouldn't keep them together- he/she said right in the description they were trying to breed them.

I have one of those exact tanks but I only have one fish in there. He's pretty happy with it. Bettas are labyrinth lungs, which means they can breathe air from the surface so they're okay in smaller filterless tanks. I wouldn't go with anything below half a gallon (this tank) though.
By the female is not albino. She's a pink/white cambodian (Body one color, fins another). I have a male just like her. True albinos have red (and often sightless) eyes and no body color.
Ok, you guys are being real trolls... First off, it says in the description she/he is trying to breed them, not force them to live together. that is why the water level is low. and of course the female will be stressed! and also, i want to get a betta that looks just like that one! except it has a blue shine on its fins. :)
