This is my hair regimen when i wash my hair and also for everyday. This regimen is responsible for the growth i got in my hair journey video. I hope with this regimen, you ladies can try it out and see if it works out for you. Not everybody's hair is the same, but for me, these products work wonders on my hair, which is why i was able to grow it out from neck length, all the way to arm pit length. And it is still growing =] Enjoy!

  • Omg i love your ragime and think it is soooo healthy.... mine is really bad... well actually i dont follow a regime at all but i wanna start n would love to know why you air-dry your hair instead ov blowdry like others.... n howcome your hair dosnt frizz aftah its dry.... plz answer... would really apreciate.... <3

  • @rufaro28 I air dry because heat is bad for the hair. It dries out all the moisture in the hair and that can lead to breakage. Air drying helps trap the moisture in the hair. My hair doesn't frizz when it's air dried because I seal my cuticles with cold water on my final, rinse. Cold water closes the pores in your hair so that your hair doesn't frizz up.

  • @keziah91 No..that's filled with mineral oil and petroleum..I use organic coconut oil. The one that melts when the environment is hot, and freezes when the environment is cold. You can find it at the supermarket in the Organic Aisle.
