This is really cool, man. Great job for a first plushie, looks just like your drawings almost. I'd say the biggest problem is the hair, but you can still fix that. Just get some more black and add it on. Same with the other colors, you can still get more and just add them on and that should be perfect. For the ears, I would open them up to take some of the filler out so that they lay flat a little bit more. Those little things would improve your plushie greatly. :)
