I'm loving the tut dude, I have one problem though, how do I bring up the effects and presets panel? I have CS3 if that helps at all :)

@shortformvideos I know what it was, you wanted it to be half nine in the morning, but rather than setting the time to 9 hours 30 mins, you set it to 9 mins 30 secs. You'd have to drag the 'Starting Frame' a lot further for it to be 9 hours 30 mins.

Amazing and special tutorial !
loved it.. so helpful for my projects!
than you dude, +loved your accent too.
One problem with the time code: if you look closely, it seems as if each fram is about 1 minute. In other words, the mysterious man is moving REALY slowly. Obviously that's not the case but the effect is just a little bit off.

@LimitedWard Only if you're looking at it like a clock, and not a representation of tape timing. CCTV typically records the standard tape timecode format of HRS:MINS:SECS:FRAMES, and this is what's being represented.
If you want it to look more like a clock, just precomp the timing layer and crop the end off :)
