you did now show the full video. as i had remembered watching this clip completely in NBN, senator miriam did that because the argument that that american is testifying is unreasonable and fallacious.
and plus, senator miriam is one of the most intelligent filipinos. being a doctor of law, and has finished post doctoral degrees in harvard, she is over qualified for that position. those who say she's insane just do not understand the language of the intelligent which she use.
