@569CJC no offense taken. i understand it is repetitive, this song is very intricate though so i just wanted to be thorough and not leave anyone behind. as for next time, there won't be one, i made these like 2 years ago lol. if you want to skip a part, the nice thing about youtube is you can fast forward quite easily. happy guitar playing!

Petrucci does not use sweep at the beginning of the song. It's much more complicated than that he uses alternate picking. So its good if you don't teach it the wrong way man. !!!!
