No, its a HI-Lo clutchpak like a PTO, this transmission have 2 synchronized speed to clutch and 2 power-shift speed followwing with 4 speed range... in all that make 16 speed foward and 6 reverse.......The last range, fastest, cant use in reverse!!

Arf yeah!
The dash its from a 4250 , that fit with no problem, its the same dash steel frame than 4230.
Yaaaa Rammstein POOWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! XD
