The Bee Gees were born in Isle of Man but their family moved to Australia when Barry, Robin and Maurice had their first start of entertainment. So both of your were right.

This is Australia's Bee Gees song that went to number one as they sailed back to England in 66 to make it big.
Barry heard there was going to be a Concert to help the Victims of Australia's worst ever peace time disaster and he flew "home" to help out! Just listen to the crowd join in and sing the song and that song if 43 years old.
We gave him the Honor of Headlining the Concert as he is our Biggest International artist ever!

Nonsense, Barry Gibb was born in the British Isles to English parents, he did not go to Australia until he was 10! I heard the Beach Boys landed in Melbourne once, perhaps you can claim them too!
Dont be stupid, Barry Gibb still has a manchester accent, he still has a british passport too. Most Of the family still live in Miami, apart from Robin who lives in England. All the record books say British band, its as simple as that, as for the concerts, he does charity work all over the world, that means nothing! If you want you can have Rolf Harris back, but the Bee Gees are British! You should watch the DVD Keppel Road, its about them growing up in Manchester, and they are proud of that .

Baz you did rock, you went to Australia when you were 12 and came home when you were 16, and never returned to Australia to live again. A great British singer, with the northern accent to prove it!
