hey bro, it's been a while since i played this and i dont remember the chords. i know they were just simple plain chords so i tried to figure it out again and im having some difficulties. the best i can come up with is:

E, G, Asus2, D....... <- that's for most of the song. but for the "Suffer, then you die" part I know for a fact it's:
