I am a performer. An electric cellist. My life is waiting to go on stage and so I draw to pass the time. These sketches appear in my book 'Imagination' at LULU.com and the song ' Icannabald' is on my Covers 1 album at CDbaby.com.
These drawings are from an ancient world ruled by the Pre-Adamite Sultans. It is full of monsters, scrollheads, armoured heroes, wild horses, and beautiful warrior women. Scrollheads conquer all because their bodies are invincible and their heads are Scrolls(as a cello or violin scroll) and imply music. Music is the language of emotions and the Scrollheads function through emotion and so are all powerful.

Some monsters are good and some heroes are evil. That is fun part for when you draw them, they tell you their story....

  • You must have some scary dreams then... :0

  • briliant! you're the man!!

  • I'm from Canada and I needed a break. Hell, I found myself in Palm Springs? It was a balmy night and I meandered along the street fair. Heard some haunting music, pushed my way through the crowd and saw..... a mad man!!!. Thank God for madmen, there is hope for our future. Keep on keeping on Marston, the world needs you and your art.

  • Beautiful Marston.. I recognize a mermaid here~:

Powerful visions you have~ Blessing in love and light your way~!

  • You have great imagination--sign of an ever evolving artist (whether in music or in art or both). I do not know about the pre-Adamite period as I thought we were mostly energy beings. But whatever, the drawings are quite incredible. You are so precise and artistic; an incredible master in many ways beyond music. The world needs to see your incredible talent. You may have performed "down under." You would be very popular there, too. I wish you all the best in all your endeavors. Love your music.
