I've read from dozens of sources that adding salt is a no no and makes silver chloride instead of colloid silver. The famous blue man tried to make CS with sea salt. he also drank tons of it. just saying.

This is a little frightening to me. I used to do a bit of photography, and we were always cautioned not to get any liquid on our hands when developing photos because of the silver in the chemicals and rinse water. I know this is a lot more regulated, but still, be careful!

I see that other videos here specifically advice NOT to use salt, to use only distilled water in order to avoid what is popularly called the "blue syndrome"

I'd love to try that in the future. Heard it's good for the immune system. Sure hope so.
Google silverpuppy; its is where I got my generator years ago and it still works great. There's lots of info about CS on his site, too. I use CS for a skin toner before moisturizing my face every day. It has made a HUGE difference in my complexion. When I inherited a kitten that had chronic 'sniiffles', CS in his drinking water was the only thing that helped him (and not a ba-zillion dollars in meds from the vet). Use common sense; don't drink gallons of it.

I have a friend that swears by colloidal silver! I'm tempted to try it myself. Let me know what you think!

@luceaschild I cannot really give an opinion since this is not my system & we only tried it for 2 days. Do your homework & research.

please don't add salt. this is how people get agriya. simply use a little from you old batch of CS to start the conductivity. for your first batch, just let it cook longer to get the desired ppm concentration. you should also stir the liquid so that particles don't stick and become large. Also you must use distilled water and not tap water. hope that helps

@NabilEsk Good advice. This was the 1st batch and we did use distilled water.
