  • I don't comment on videos...but I have to comment on this. I think you put together a mini-masterpiece here. I don't mean to be overdramatic, but this really is excellent work. If I could have voted...I would have picked this to win easily...even over mine...which I am a bit partial towards.

  • a mini masterpiece...wow. thanks! can we put your quote on the back of the dvd cover? :)

thanks for everyone's comments and input. we are very encouraged...

  • I liked your intro alot.Your shots were really nice and you had a great location! Was confused by your point though.

  • thanks. glad you liked.

at it's core this film is a christian parable, dealing with man's internal struggle with his own nature and the need for salvation. for the main character, the roommate represents the self-destructive part of him that takes away his life (the cereal). it is important to note that in christian art and literature, water often represents renewal and purification.

  • "He was eating my life" :)

    love it

  • Great shooting/editing/location, and good sound.

Since this is a parable, I would recommend that instead of telling us that we all have these roommates (I kinda zoned out at that point: it was preaching), I'd almost go more personal: "Is anything eating your Life Cereal?" And leave it at that. It would stay quirky that way.

I liked the "bookend" at the end.

    Good job. -Luke
