This is a how to change the Pollen filter in the 2007- 2012 Acura MDX SUV vehicle. This video may also work for other Acura and Honda vehicles as well. Take a look and see.

Changing it by yourself, saves you money. I prefer the OEM pollen filters from the dealer but their are aftermarket ones also.

Please help leave a comment or thumbs up it works for you.

  • I really appreciate you taking the time to share your knowledge with the masses. God knows these vehicles are expensive enough, anything we can do to save money in maintenance is well worth it!! I'll be watching out for more tips :-)

Thanks for the reply. I do what I can to help. Also, you know it's done right if you do it yourself :)

  • Dealers will charge around $100 for doing this. In this economy, your video helped my family eat dinner for a couple weeks. :)

    Awesome. Thanks for the feedback.

  • Just a note, changing the pollen filter on the second generation MDX is a lot easier than the 1st Gen MDX. The first gen needs to remove lots of panels before you can even get to the filter. Definitely an improvement on the 2nd gen MDX.
