Waking Up in Vegas by Katy Perry piano cover

I have no idea why this seemed like a good song to cover. Guess I wanted to take something that is so quintessentially 'pop' and make it sound a little more romantic.

Could have been any one of her songs, the majority of them having that upbeat, catchy feel to them. Can't say it would be my favourite kind of music though.

So here's the cover, working on it during the week, uploading it pretty soon after my last one but that'll make up for the times when I'll have trouble working on new covers. Threw in a few hints of other Katy Perry tunes in the introduction.

As for the picture, again, no idea, just guess I was looking for something of someone on a bed or 'waking up' without it being all happy because a lot of my cover isn't overly peppy like the original. Plus it's just a lovely photograph.
