Tablet Talk Part 4a: Apple Tablet, a failure ?

*HELLO* - So once again, I am carrying on the "Tablet Talk", but this time I talk about the possibility of the Apple Tablet being a failure. Specifically in this Part 4a video, I talk about the following:

apple has a clever way of creating a need for their toys. I didn't think I needed an ipod but the use for the technology came after purchase.

I believe the ipad will 1st appeal to the techies then once apple adds more value to the device through apps and features, it will filter down to the rest of us.

about the first comment: i deffinatly won;t bet it not only bcuz of the price but it doesn't fit in ur pocket so u have to put in ur back pack, and if u do that u might aswell have a laptop.

In my opinion it's not a failure, they made it so you could use iWorks on it, thin, light tablet, and their first of many tablets to come, so it is a good first tablet and only $499!

That's the same thing that's happening with the iPhone though. For example, "Things" is a Mac app but they have a separate one that you have to buy for the iPhone. Same thing goes for Twitterific, and Tweetie, etc.

You have fair points mate, but what i think about the tablet is that it will be a new way to use media, Laptops before was used more for a professtional use e.g. for work , office use bussines etc. but now every person has one, and used for there own use. This could be said for mobile phones and desktop pc's.

And now apple will take on the tablet, to make it appealing for the mass users.

Rather than the realese of the tablet, i just can't wait for the AD of the tablet.
