Rough cut...needs some edits and a good audio pass
A hydrocele is a fluid-filled sack along the spermatic cord within the scrotum.
The main symptom is a painless, swollen testicle , which feels like a water balloon. A hydrocele may occur on one or both sides.
I have one then it goes away, then it comes back :s what do I do?

@sunnoisamazing I'm glad it sounds like you had a good time! My husband was diagnosed with a inguinal hernia, then he went in for an Ultrasound (no light-test..yet but I am going to insist on it now!) today and was told he has hydroceles. He is talking to his Urologist then the surgery will be scheduled.
Glad you are doing well!

I'm Undergoing A Hydrocelectomy On The 12th Of October.
I'm Only 15 Years Old And This Is My Second Operation To Sort This Out As Last Time I Also Had A Hernia.
This Actually Helped, Alot More Light Hearted Than Other Things I've Seen :P

No.....I hardly think you would be saying that. Besides, there IS a God....Jesus is His name and He didn't give this to you.

Personally, I have this problem and its killing me right now, the pain is a little too much to bare and the only reason im not going to the hospital is because of surgery.

I guess there is a difference between simple aspiration and surgical repair of the hydrocele -- surgical repair is just about as easy but rarely does the hydrocele return with the surgical repair.
